Description
Only a few hours flight south of Florida, the Caribbean island of Cayman Brac in the Cayman Islands is known throughout the world for warm crystal clear water, beautiful underwater reefs, and friendly people. Empty beaches, no traffic, and low crime make the island the perfect place to relax with family, honeymoon, or celebrate a special time in your life. Cayman Brac is consistently rated as one of the best scuba and snorkeling locations by national diving magazines. The reefs begin at the shoreline making it easy for underwater enthusiasts of any age to enjoy the beautiful marine life. All year round, the warm water, great visibility, warm weather, and natural beauty bring visitors from around the world.
Our Cayman Condo is a two bedroom / two bath, non-smoking oceanview unit with all the modern conveniences of home. The condo is located in a small ocean front complex offering plenty of privacy. Enjoy all the comforts of home including satellite tv with dvd / vcr, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, ceiling fans, and washer /dryer. The kitchen is stocked with the amatuer chef in mind. If you enjoy the Food Network on tv you will appreciate the cookware and the appliances. When it is finally time to retire for the evening, enjoy the king size bed in the master bedroom, or the queen bed in the guest bedroom. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room is very comfortable too. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, recliner rocker, and love seat with a gorgeous view of the Caribbean and swaying palms from the window. This is a first class destination...Why settle for anything less?
Our condo has a cool, clean, freshwater pool where you can relax with a spectacular view of the Caribbean. A few paces past the pool deck are steps leading to the warm turquoise waters with great reefs for snorkeling or scuba diving. When you return, there is a rinse tank for your dive gear and a shower waiting at the edge of the pool deck.
If you are looking for some quiet time on the property, be sure to climb into one of the hammocks for a nap in the cool ocean breeze. There are bar b que grills on site for your use too with covered tables overlooking the Caribbean. This is the best place to eat on the island!
Winter does not exist at Our Cayman Condo. The warm waters and moderate climate make Cayman Brac the perfect Caribbean vacation destination for our northern friends. The winter months are a great time to hike the nature trails, explore the shoreline, look for treasure in the caves, rock climb or find your favorite shells along the uncrowded shoreline. Of course, scuba - snorkeling - and fishing remain very popular all year long!
When you book your stay at Our Cayman Condo, we will send you a complete information package including rental car contacts, dive boat operators, fishing charters, places to visit, restaurants, sites to see, and things to do. We also provide maps and directions to all of our favorite spots on the island. A new feature is our island contact that will give you a history / nature / ecology tour of the parrot preserve, nature trails, caves, rock climbing sites, and museum. Not only is this tour fun and educational... it is also FREE. If you are planning a Cayman Island wedding, we have plenty of helpful info available!

Our Cayman Condo is one of the newest and most modern condominiums on the island of Cayman Brac in the Cayman Islands. After a wonderful day outdoors you will appreciate the first class comforts we offer. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest room has a queen size bed, and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
Our kitchen is complete with microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, range and refrigerator. Dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils are stocked for your use. There is a laundry room with our own washer and dryer. Everything is clean and in good working order prior to your arrival. There is a telephone for local use and internet access. A credit card or pre-paid phone card is needed for long distance calls.
After snorkeling or diving all day you may find yourself dozing off in the comfortable recliner in the living room while enjoying the view of the Caribbean, watching tv or reading a book!
There are two full bathrooms each with a toilet, sink, and bathtub / shower for your use. We provide plenty of towels and clean bed linen for your comfort. The electric current is the standard 110 volt which means that visitors from most locations will not require a converter. Towels for indoor and poolside use are also provided.
The cool, freshwater pool is just down the stairs. This is a great place to relax in the sun and have fun with the family. As you can see by the photo below, you have an incredible view of the ocean while you play in the pool. Remember to use plenty of sunscreen anytime you are out in the sun!
Also along pool side, you will find covered tables and bar-b-que grills. Our information package includes contacts for fishing charters that will get you the freshest seafood possible. Cover your catch with sweet bell peppers and onions, add salt and pepper to taste, then wrap in foil. Put it on the grill for 20 minutes and enjoy the best dining experience on the island! |

RESERVATIONS:
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.
REFUND POLICY:
90 day notice = 100% refund (less $150.00 processing fee)
60 day notice = 50% refund
No refunds if less than 60 day advance notice!
