Description
|
Ideally situated just thirty feet or so above a secluded cove, this aptly named villa commands the very best views over Hillsborough Bay and its uninhabited out-islands. Nestled naturally in a lush tropical garden, the house is cleverly designed to take advantage of the cool breezes. The great room, with lofty ceilings, comfortable furnishings and local artwork, opens through 20 feet of French doors onto a 12 by 48 foot veranda. Relax there above the changing sea by day watching pelicans dive in the sparkling sun and iguanas lounge in the trees. Linger at sunset as the day ends, sipping rum punch laced with island nutmeg. After dark, star-gaze in the hammock, watch for the fabled moonbow and be lulled by the sounds of the sea. |

Amenities |
2000 sq. ft. (1286 sq. m.) Verandas on three sides. Antique finish tiles throughout. Three double bedrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite toilet/vanity. Second bedroom with twin beds or queen size bed. Third bedroom with 4'6" (1.4m) double bed. The second bathroom is off the great room convenient to the bedrooms. Accessible privately from each bedroom, a covered breezeway leads to a large covered shower with solar heated hot water.

* 1 minute walk down private path and steps to cove beach.
* Local tour boats to out-islands pick up from beach below villa.
* Jeep rental recommended but not essential. |
