Watercolors," our private villa, is tastefully furnished with island flair and equipped for your ultimate pleasure. With 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, linens and dishware, we can accommodate six comfortably. Cable TV, radio/tape/CD player, telephone and personal safe are installed for your pleasure and convenience. Tucked amidst exotic island greenery and brilliantly-colored blossoms, the 2-story private villa perches on Ft. Tyson Ridge with a panoramic view of the Caribbean, Southeast Peninsula and Nevis.
Step from the bedroom door into the gardens to pick a banana or hibiscus flower.
From sunrise to sunset, relax on the upper lanai and watch the sailboats glide by or discover constellations in the star-studded night sky - there's even a telescope for a closer look.
The kitchen is completely outfitted to satisfy your culinary needs, including microwave, blender, automatic coffeepot and icemaker.
For your convenience, the villa also has a washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer and alarm clocks.
Each bedroom has a queen- sized bed, full bath (one with a Jacuzzi), and a wall of sliding doors opening onto its own private terrace overlooking the Caribbean. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional bedspace.
The tennis courts, pool, beach and golf course are all a few steps from your door. Beach towels and cooler are provided for your use. |

Rate details
Rates are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Quoted rates are for up to 4 people. Add $25 per night for each additional person. Maximum occupancy is 6 people and minimum stay is 4 nights. Our villa is suitable for children 10 and older.
In consideration of others, smoking is limited to outside the villa.
Reservations are held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit. A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required at time of reservation. The balance is due in full no less than two weeks prior to stay. We gladly accept personal checks and money orders.
Deposit is refundable, less 20% service charge, for cancellations received no later than 30 days prior to stay. On shorter notice, we will refund the deposit, less 20% service charge, only if we are able to rebook the time. |
