Description
Situated in Gosier on the peninsula BAS DU FORT, the residence Perle des Caraïbes is built directly at seaside.
Each apartment offers a breathtaking view over the Pointe à Pitre bay. From every terrace, you'll enjoy the view to the mountains of BASSE TERRE with the Soufrière vulcano, to the isles Les Saintes, Marie Galante, and Dominica.

A great number of marine activities take place in front of the residence. The fairway is at
less than 300 m (985ft), letting you dream of far away places following the traffic of
cruise ships, cargo vessels, or else big and small sailing boats.
Every 4 years, the arrival buoy of the famous Route du Rhum is moored in front of the residence. The beach is just at lengthside of the block. |

From one-bedroom apartments to 3 or 4-room apartments opening to private gardens, all flats are designed to suit your needs and make you dream of our beautiful island once back at your home.
All apartments have a kitchen or a kitchen corner. They all are equipped with the necessary dishes, a cooker and over cooker, stove, refrigerator and dish washer.
The apartments have air-conditioning. The living room can offer a sleeping possibilty for an extra person.

as well as a great number of sporting activities
(scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, sea scooter,
ultralight planes, tennis, golf practice etc...).

Saint François at a 45 minutes' distance.
