The Villa Paradiso development offers three luxurious four-bedroom private villas directly on Nevis’ palm studded beach.

Designer Adam Tihany has created the Balinese inspired villas of Villa Paradiso to blend seamlessly and naturally into this fantastic landscape. The peaked, hand-woven, palm roofs mirror the Nevis Peak, forming an exquisite panorama in every direction. The walled perimeter, so indigenous to the Balinese house guarantees total privacy for your villa, gardens, thatched outdoor dining pavilion and waterfall pool.

The first phase of Villa Paradiso is three luxurious 4 bedroom villas, built to a world class standard. Entirely hand-crafted, each villa features Italian tile floors throughout, marble bathrooms, hand-woven roofs with hand-carved timbers, and all are fully air-conditioned, just steps away from Nevis’ extraordinary beachfront.
The hand-hewn doors of the perimeter walls open onto a private courtyard and the double-doored entry to your villa. With soaring hand-woven roofs and views to the Caribbean Sea, your first impression is one of breathtaking beauty.
Filled with hand-crafted Balinese teak and Brazilian hardwood furnishings, each villa is complete down to the last exquisite detail. The villas are completely air-conditioned and have ceiling fans in every room.
Built in divans lend themselves to hours of luxurious lounging. The dining room with antique teak furniture, comfortably seats eight.
Each villa has a private waterfall pool, with thatched Dining Pavilion overlooking the Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts. Dining at night, with the lights of St. Kitts in the distance, is a breathtaking scene never to be forgotten.
The villas of the Villa Paradiso development are the only private luxury villas located within steps of Nevis’ famed Pinney’s Beach.
Villa Paradiso has 650 feet of palm-studded beachfront and is just 5 minutes walk down the beach to the famed Four Seasons Resort.
Bedrooms
Two identical oversized master bedrooms with magnificent hardwood king-sized beds, walk-in closets, private patio, double-sinked marble bathroom, plus private outdoor bath and beautiful views of St. Kitts. The two guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds, glass doors with private gardens and marble baths.
