Description
Delightful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor condominium. Located in the residential resort community of Cayman Kai. Caymanite offers an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, screened patio and laundry facilities. Sleeps up to 6 with a sofa couch. Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has queen sized bed. Amenities include Cable TV, DVD/CD player, playstation game and games. Included in rental are all linens, towels, BBQ grill, beach/pool toys, DVD’s and board games.
A few steps away fro Caymanite guests have the convenience of dining at the Kaibo Yacht Club Beach Bar & Restaurant. There is also a gift shop and marina with beach supplies. A five minuites drive away is the Rum Point Club and within 10 minutes guests can explore the traditional districts of North Side and East End with a variety of restaurants, craft and gift shops and grocery stores.
A 45 minute drive from the airport in George Town, guests can pick-up groceries and supplies on their way to Cayman Kai from one of the centrally located grocery complexes on the way. For quick supplies or perishables, Chisholm’s Grocery in North Side is a mere 10 minute drive. |

Distance To Town: 20 Miles from Georgetown
How To Find It: Departing the airport take the following: Owen Roberts Drive past the Post Office, and turn left unto Dorcy Drive at the 3-way stop. Follow Dorcy Drive out to Crewe Road (past Fosters Food Fair; road paralleling the runway). Take a left unto Crewe Road and stay on this road as it is the main road that runs throughout the island. You will be heading east. Take this road through Bodden Town towards Breakers, after about 25 minutes, there is 3 way junction, take left heading towards North Side and follow this main road for another 15 minutes through the district of North Side and out towards Cayman Kai/Rum Point area (heading north and then northwest). Proceed towards the Kaibo Yacht Club, veering left at the fork near Rum Point Club, proceed driving past the Kaibo Yacht Club Marina and Restaurant, condo complex is on the left. |

Activities and Attractions |
Area Description: Located in the exclusive resort community of Cayman Kai on the North Side of Grand Cayman. This community boasts some of the most luxurious and opulent homes and villas within the Cayman Islands. A 45 minute drive from the Owen Roberts International Airport in George Town, this area is tranquil and away from the busy tourist strip on Seven Mile Beach or the bustle of the commercial and business centre in George Town.
Area Shopping: Sundry supplies and groceries are available from Chisholm’s Grocery in North Side (approximately a 5-8 minute drive) as well as limited supplies available at Kaibo Yacht Club and Rum Point Club. Tourist gift shops are also located at these two properties.
Area Dining: Kaibo Yacht Club – Cajun style restaurant and bar; casual lunch dining as well as a formal dinner dining; beach bar and snacks available Rum Point Club – island style bar and restaurant, beach front picnic style lunch dining and formal dinner restaurant.
Area Recreation: Nearby Rum Point Club offers water sports and activities ranging from beach volleyball to Stingray City trips, rental on water toys and ferry service connecting to the Seven Mile Beach area. Kaibo Yacht Club similarly offers rental on water sports toys and has a full service yacht club type marina with re-fuelling facilities, ice, etc. |
