Surrounded by trees, with gorgeous views of Coral Bay and Bordeaux mountain, this is a perfect couples? getaway, a beautiful home to call your own for a week or more. With a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious king size bed, and spacious wrap around decks (hammock included!) Just Enough provides the ideal base for exploring the island of St. John. Located 10-15 minutes from both North and South shore beaches and trails, swimming, snorkeling and hiking opportunities abound. A variety of restaurants, shops and bars are less than ? mile away in Coral Bay, and the bustling nightlife and shopping of downtown Cruz Bay can be reached in 25 minutes.
Tucked into the trees, the downstairs deck provides excellent tropical hummingbird and bannanquit viewing, while enjoying your morning coffee at the outdoor table, or swinging in the hammock. The spacious wrap around decks on both floors make taking in the views of Coral Bay and Bordeaux Mountain a delight, and invite stargazing at night.

Rate details
$1,300/week in season (December 1, 2005 - April 30, 2006)
$1,000/week off season (May 1 - November 30, 2006)
For shorter or longer stays, inquire for less than weekly rates. Reservations must be made by phone. A check or money order for 50% of total rental fee must be received to secure your reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. A full refund, less 20% handling fee, will be made for any cancellations received up to 60 days before your scheduled arrival date.For any cancellations received later than 60 days before the first day of the reservation, if the property is re-rented, the full amount, less 20% handling fee, will be refunded. Because of this strict cancellation policy, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE.
